In a nutshell…My first yoga experience was in 2011. It was a hot class and it left me winded, nauseous and sore, but it sparked something inside that kept drawing me back for more, and more. I love not only the physical aspect of what yoga provides but more so the balance of the mind and personal growth that happens on the mat.
My classes invite you explore your own breath and movement safely with caring support . My classes also reflect my excitement for alignment, appreciation for effort, and getting a little or – or a lot- sweaty along the way. I hope to provide empowerment through your own journey on the mat.
In addition to yoga, I also has a strong passion for health and fitness; recently competing in a body building fitness competition. I love the support within these communities and hope to connect with each of you!
To teach others how to breathe space, compassion and presence into daily life.
